Not all men want to do homework. But according to a natural health care study in the UK, men who do housework more often preferred by women.
Based on health care research conducted by Oxford, on average, married people and unmarried associated with male roles, men and women, and views on who’s responsible for housework and child care problems.
Every couple wants to live with the opposite sex if you can do a good job sharing.
Results of health information research in developed countries, as quoted from ScienceDaily, men in developed countries have a great opportunity to live with their partner because of his ability to do household work better.
Research also shows women who live in countries with less gender equality between 20 to 50 percent, are less likely to be living with a male as compared with women who live in countries that adhere to the principle of gender equality.
Health care information researcher Dr. Almudena Sevilla-Sanz concluded that women who live in countries with high gender equality are more likely to marry or live with a man. Whereas in countries that lack gender equality principles, in general, men will choose a woman who could be relied upon to be doing all the housework and child care business.
“Women who live with high gender equality would prefer not to marry than to have to spend more time taking care of household chores,” said Sevilla Sanz.
This study also shows that in countries where less embracing gender equality, there is social stigma attached to smart men who do their homework. Various negative impression will appear in men who champion cook, housekeeper, or good at caring for children. It’s one thing that can cause less of a household harmony.
It turns out that a smart man taking care of household chores, would be more attractive in the eyes of women. And can make the relationship of husband and wife become more harmonious, if the division of tasks performed on some household chores between the two.
