Did you know that how you stand up, show the level of confidence and your personality. The way you hold and positioning arm, is a health care indication of how high your level of emotion and empathy.

The human body apparently unconsciously reflect personality. To become a nice person and liked by others, you must begin by learning to regulate their own body language.

Here’s the health information.

1. Be a ‘copycat’

Impersonate another person’s body language is good and effective way to show him that you and he get along with each other.

For example, when you talk with friends or close friends, you will discover and realize that the movements you do, do it together with them. He stepped forward, you go forward. He sipped cappuccino, you went along, too.

“When someone imitate your movements, it makes you happy and comfortable,” says Patti Wood, MA, Atlanta, a body language natural health care expert, as quoted from Health Magazine’s health care information.

“Movement imitation also showed a sense of empathy,” he added.

When listening to children, friends or even your client’s problem, adjust your gestures and intonation because it shows you understand exactly what they think.

2. Give Space For Your Body

Did you place your arms at your sides or in front? Arms crossed in front of the body indicates that you are closed, rigid, and oversimplifying.

“When someone gives limited space on his body, he will look less enthusiastic and excited, and the people around him will treat him like that too,” said Wood.

If you want to be appreciated, be it by your partner or family member, give a little space for your body. Stand straight and relaxed, with the distance between the left and right foot that is 13-15 cm.

3. Head Set

“When people feel happy and confident, his body will be automatically lifted,” said Wood. You may lift your head, shoulders or chest, then lift your fingers or toes.

If you feel down and lacking spirit, immediately lift the head, shoulders upright, sitting upright and smile. “It can make someone get a better mood, in only just a few seconds,” said Wood. Believe it or not, body movements can change someone’s feeling in just a few moments.

4. Notice the arm

Cold air-conditioned room can sometimes make a person crossed his arms. When you do that, others will assume that you are trying to hide something.

Maybe you do not consciously do it at a party or workplace as a way to defend your argument. To be more acceptable to others, you should put both arms beside the body only.

5. Be open

If you’re are planning a romantic date with your husband, try to lift and pull your hair to the back, so that your ear was visible. “It was a signal that will be conveyed to the husband that you are open to temptation,” said Wood.

The same thing you can do is to use clothing that was slightly open. Directing your toe toward the other person can be a sign that you are connected with it and want it, be it husband, partner or friend.
