  1. Consump vitamin D because it can enhance immune against H1N1 influenza. Consumption of vitamin D can increase the production of antimicrobial agents in the body. This antimicrobial can against swine flu and other influenza types.
  2. Consumption of vitamin C not only increased levels of white blood cells that can fight infection, but also can increase the amount of interferon antibodies that keep swine flu not entering the body cell. Vitamin C can be obtained from food or supplements.
  3. Consumption of vitamin E can help the production of natural killer cells that can destroy and kill the swine flu virus.
  4. Eating foods which rich in vitamin A can increase the immune response, but do not exceed the limit which can become as toxic if excessive. Eating carrots as the priority.
  5. Eating foods which rich in bioflavonoids can increase the cell receptors side where H1N1 viruses can not enter into the cell and cause infection. Bioflavonoids found in green tea and white tea, chocolate, garlic, citrus fruits and bluberri. For best results combine with foods rich in vitamin C and calcium.
  6. Zinc supplements consumption. Zinc not only enhance the immune response of the body, but also become more aggressive against the swine flu virus.

In addition to taking supplements and foods that can boost immunity, people are also required to consider the pattern of living and hygiene and avoid things that can trigger the virus H1N1 infection.

Here are some tips that can be done to avoid the swine flu:

  1. Shut your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing and sneezing.
  2. Dispose of tissues that had been used.
  3. Wash hands after coughing or sneezing. Do not hold the mouth, nose or eyes because the virus can breed.
  4. Avoid contact with sick people.
  5. Stay at home if you feel sick, and do not leave your house before your illness cured for approximately 24 hours.
  6. Frequently washing your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds after holding any items outside of your house.
  7. If you want to go overseas, check your health first by doctors and make sure you visit the country which not affected by swine flu pandemic.
  8. Natural health care and a balanced diet.
