Researchers doing research on two groups of women. The first group was given regular milkshake. While other groups were given milkshakes labeled ‘LOF fat’ or low-fat.
The results showed that women who drank low-fat milkshake labeled, doing less activities. This is what researchers meant that the mind can affect one’s diet efforts.
That women group assume that by consuming low-fat drink will lose weight without having to exercise hard. Though not as it should.
Another study by International Journal says eating disorders found the relationship between the brain with the appetite. And found that some people eat sweet foods when feeling sad.
