Information about Not ? Health !

Taking a vacation is not a luxury it is a necessity.

Overwhelmed and overworked? Do those two words strike a chord with you? Are you working long hours, feeling like there is not enough hours in the day to get everything done? You’re not alone. You like most most people are burned out. But don’t press the panic button yet; there is an easy effective way to get the relief you need: Take a vacation.

If your response is, “Yeah right,” then you need to know that you can’t afford to skip a real vacation—your health and your job depend on it.

Taking a vacation is not a luxury; it’s a necessity.

If you do not have the opportunity to relax when you get stressed, and chronic stress is the driver of more diseases, especially heart disease obesity and insomnia. The workplace stress accounts for 75 to 90 percent of all primary care doctor’s visits.

Stomach problems, headaches, back pains, skin problems, loss of sleep and energy, and emotional distress. And if stress persists over a long period of time can often lead to heart disease.

Getting away is a surefire way to the stress and chaos of everyday life. It’s like preventive medicine. Men who do not take regular vacations are 32 percent ore likely to die of heart attacks. And workaholic women, it’s even worse. Women have a 50 percent higher risk—-and are more than twice as likely to suffer from depression—than their vacationing buddies.

Studies prove that vacations are good for your mental health and may help you do a better job at your work. Employers should be supportive of time off because they benefit from having relaxed, happy employees.

Investing in your job is important, but so in investing in your mental and physical health. And the only way to do that is by truly disengaging from the office. Now, we’re not suggesting you smash your smart phone or head off to Rome, Italy for three months, but you need to find a healthy work-life balance.

A vacation is an easy effective way to get the relief you need: Take a vacation.

Eighty- four percent of survey respondents reported feeling rejuvenated and reconnected with their family and friends after a vacation, plus eighty percent had a more positive outlook on life. So reap the benefits and return refreshed, relaxed and renewed.

So stop talking about getting away and go. Get out of here. Say good bye to the cell-phone and computer and turn off the television. Go some where, get out of the office! It will be there when you get back. Give your brain a break. You will be a-lot more happy and healthy.

A lot of people judge mental illness based on outward appearance. I think this is an unfair stereotype. Not all people with mental illness are lazy about their looks, and what you look like on the outside doesn’t necessarily reflect what’s going on inside your head!

Reduce Risk of Breast Cancer

Last Updated on Tuesday, 18 October 2011 03:27 Written by Natural Health Team Tuesday, 18 October 2011 03:27

Information about of

The truth is that the risk of developing breast cancer increases with age. The fact that a family member has had breast cancer is only one of many other risk for developing cancer.  It is believed that  only  around 25 percent of all breast cancers develop in women who has had a family member diagnosed with breast cancer. Only 6 percent of these women are known to have been carriers of a specific gene mutation.  This means that 75 percent of women have no family history. Hence the need for women to know the other risk .

Ones likelihood of being diagnosed with breast cancer are believed to increase if

1.    You are over the age of 50

2.    A close family member has been diagnosed with breast cancer

3.    You have had an early menarche ( the first menstrual period a female has)

4.    You have had a late menopause

5.    You gave birth to your child later in life over the age of 35

6.    You have never given birth

7.    You have had atypical cells found from a biopsy

Ones  age and genetic s are risk factors associated with breast cancer. These risks cannot be changed but there are lifestyle factors which one needs to be aware of which can reduce one’s risk or being diagnosed with breast cancer.

Below are some areas you can think of to reduce your risks of breast cancer:

If you are able to breast feed one should take advantage it.

Research shows that the risk of breast cancer is reduced by 7% for each baby a woman has and that for every 12 months she breast feeds she decreases the risk by a further 4.3%.

Being overweight does not make you look your best or feel your best. One’s body is  put under more pressure and therefore being overweight ages you on the inside. The more overweight you are the more likely your body will be to yield to cancer of the breast, womb, ovary or kidney.

One big reason why obesity is associated with an increased risk of breast cancer is because fat cells produce oestrogen. Oestrogen isn’t formed just by the ovaries. It’s also made by fat cells. Therefore obese women may be more likely to develop breast cancer largely because their bodies produce more oestrogen than thin women do.

If your body produces more than the normal amount of oestrogen , the excessive oestrogen can cause confusion with cells by speeding up its multiplication therefore sometimes causing breast cancer.

It is believed that three hours a week of cardiovascular excercise can reduce your risk of developing breast cancer by 20%

Your risk increases with the volume you drink.

Cancer Research UK gave evidence from a number of researchers who has concluded that even small amounts of alcohol can increase your risk of breast cancer. They also continued to claim that there is unlikely to be a safe level of alcohol which doesn’t increase the risk of breast cancer. Some studies have found that drinking just one unit a day can increase a woman’s chances of developing breast cancer.

Sex during Menstruation, WHAT IS THE RISK

Last Updated on Friday, 7 October 2011 11:27 Written by Natural Health Team Friday, 7 October 2011 11:27

Information about Sex , WHAT IS THE

Menstruation continues today source of several controversies, primarily in that it is the worst time to have sex, do you think so? The fact is that the chances of pregnancy, but risk is incurred that can have serious health complications.

It is not clear that menstruation is caused by the reproductive glands (ovaries) and the hormonal cycles fertilization. What happens is roughly about every 28 days; the ovaries release a mature egg to be fertilized during sexual intercourse by a sperm and to initiate the pregnancy.

If the egg is fertilized as it travels through one of the fallopian tubes to reach the uterus or womb (cavity that can accommodate the fetus until birth), the lining of it, known as the endometrial, is clear and is discarded, along with the egg, through the vagina leading to bleeding or menstruation, which lasts 3 to 5 days.

Most women experienced 1 or 2 days before menstruation premenstrual syndrome, which is a set of nuisance including sinus headaches, muscle weakness, retention fluid, abdominal cramps, constipation or diarrhea fatigue, nervousness and swollen belly, these discomforts are often disappear within hours of the onset of menstrual flow, or the second day of bleeding.

In reality, the fluid that is secreted is transparent, but mixed with small amount of blood and endometrial fragments of the tissue lining the womb, making it unpleasant for many people -Including many women, “even to think that be waste product secreted who is a dirty person.

Nevertheless, studies on female sexuality that ensure that millions of women see increased sexual desire during menstruation and that making love during those days will relieve colic des-inflammation and belly, plus they produce orgasms intense, we must clarify that this does not happen in all females.

The explanation given above researchers is based on the confidence you have sex on the days bleeding, because the absence of which could be fertilized ovum opportunities pregnancy are nil.

Is it okay?
Keep in mind that although fertilization is unlikely to have intercourse during the days of the rule, practitioners are another risk, disease transmission sexual. You see, blood and semen are vehicles for transport of microorganisms cause hepatitis, gonorrhea or syphilis.

However, today, the greatest danger is the possibility of developing AIDS, the virus-borne infection human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and used as a transport route semen, vaginal secretions and blood. The organism settles in cells called T4 lymphocytes (responsible for defending the body against attacks field), resulting in destruction of the immune system and the consequent loss of the ability to fight disease thus has high susceptibility to skin , pneumonia rate rare, tuberculosis and severe diarrhea. So, that before the presence of menstrual bleeding is a latent risk, even when simply rub the penis against the vulva, or friction takes place between vaginas, when it comes to lesbian relationship, or making oral or anal sex.

It is therefore imperative to use a condom from the principle of heterosexual intercourse to prevent any exchange fluid, or the female condom, larger than the and that being thin sheath of polyurethane (plastic) is set to walls of the vagina, thus preventing any contact between secretions can be placed up to eight hours before intercourse. Also note the use of condoms if you have sex.

If the couple wants to experience, for fun or curiosity, sex during menstruation is advisable to book at the beginning or end it-when the flow is less, and perhaps in the shower, to stop aside prejudices about the dirt.

Finally, some researchers say largely the bad reputation that has accompanied the period to this day begins with the women who avoid talking her by name and change it as there are for whom remains a subject difficult. How do you know?, Some called “rule” or “period”, but there are those who refer to it as “the visit”, “trickle” or “red light” among many other ways to identify it.
