From the research proved, 1 percent of the objects of study sleep 8 hours per day or more. The rest, sleep with an average of 6 hours per day. The result states that a person who slept an hour less than 6 hours per day increases the risk of hypertension by 37 percent.
Dr. Kristen Knutson fromArchives of Internal Medicine said, “This study provides evidence that an association between sleep duration and sleep quality with high blood pressure level are determined by the characteristics of a person’s sleep pattern”.
Basically hypertension rarely have obvious symptoms, only if the blood pressure are being tested, the results will consistently above 140 and 90. To lower blood pressure, doing physical exercise and salt diet are proved can lower blood pressure.
