Health Information Pressure - Pressure and Increase Sex Drive

My grandpa would always say, “Kill two birds with one stone.” And I always knew what it meant but I never realized how much this expression holds true for health. Most people would agree that when one part of your body is aching, the whole body eventually follows. The reason behind this is your body has billions of cells that work together as one organism. And one small part of your body can leave you miserable or feeling great.

And the same principle holds true for high blood pressure! Because high blood pressure has been shown to cause physical, mental and emotional problems. But you might not notice the impact it is having on you and your life. This deadly disease has been called ‘the silent killer’ by some doctors because of its high fatality rate while remaining unnoticed by millions of people. And one side effect is that high blood pressure drastically lowers your sex drive and is a major cause of male erectile dysfunctions and female. But, did you know that you can cure high blood pressure naturally and increase your sex drive. Millions of men and women will normalize hypertension and cure impotence with some basic natural health tips.

If you have never considered a natural health, our company’s natural health medical doctor would like to give you some tips for curing ‘the silent killer’ and increasing your libido.

What We’re Getting Wrong about High Blood Pressure

You might have met with your doctor about your high blood pressure and been prescribed some medication to lower your score. Though these pills have either lowered your heart rate or widened your arteries, they are only a band-aid hiding the bigger problem that is ticking in your body.

You see, hypertension kills almost 60,000 (more likely around 100,000) people a year in the United States alone and many of those sufferers were unaware they cure high blood pressure naturally with simple lifestyle changes. However, the medical industry has convinced millions of people that we should be fully reliant upon doctors and drugs to be healed. Do you think God crafted humans to be healthy using synthetic (artificial) medication?

Here is what one natural expert states,

“The medical industry has convinced us that we need doctors and medicine for good health. And there couldn’t be anything further from the truth. Though, medicine and doctors do have their place in society; many times they have done more harm than good. In the 21st century, we have been tricked into allowing doctors to be the main caregiver for our health.”

And unfortunately, this makes sense. I have numerous friends who see their medical doctor 12-15 times a year for every possible ailment. And millions of hypertension sufferers contribute to the most lucrative industry of the 21st century.

Cure High Blood Pressure Naturally and Increase Sex Drive

We recommend you do NOT go cold turkey on the medication. But we do suggest you eventually wean yourself off your medication through normalizing your hypertension with some natural tips. Here are 7 tips to get you started. There are numerous more tips and suggestions on everything from diet, exercise, nutrition, vitamins, supplements, herbs and even breathing. By attacking the silent killer from various avenues, you increase your likelihood of curing high blood pressure permanently, increasing your sex drive and adding years to decades to your life. All of these tips will lower your score and increase blood flow down stairs.

1. Body Mass Index. You can Google this neat tool and discover how much you should weigh to be considered healthy. Though doctors do often recommend losing weight they often do not give you the top tips to lose weight. Some of the following tips will allow you to shed a few pounds in weeks.

2. Cardio Exercise. If you do not know what cardio exercise is then you need a quick refresher on physical activity. Long story short is that you should be doing exercises which get your heart pumping. A stronger more efficient heart will pump more blood with less effort, thus lowering your score.

3. Fats! Some fats are good and some are bad. Stay away from saturated fats and Trans fats which are typically man-made or from animal products. Fats from fish, nuts and soybeans are fine. For more information on fats please check out our report.

4. Your diet! Our report gives better details but here are some foods you should begin to introduce to your diet: whole grains, lower fat (fat-free dairy), vegetables, fruits, and low sugar intake. Foods high in calcium, magnesium, potassium have also been known to lower your score.

5. Alcohol and smoking! Though everyone has their guilty pleasures, you should find a new one soon. Limit alcohol to one drink per night and begin a cut smoking program immediately. My home website has information about a quit smoking natural cure.

6. Garlic supplement! Go to your health store and find a quality garlic supplement. Take the recommended daily dose. Garlic is possibly the most popular remedy out there and research shows that it could also lower blood pressure.

7. Vitamins. What vitamins should you be taking and what ones should you pass on. Our natural health doctor recommends taking vitamins C, D, B5, B6 and folic acid. (Note: folic acid is also a B vitamin).

And the Rest!

Why should you cure high blood pressure naturally instead of using prescription drugs? The answer to this question might surprise you and save your life at the same time. Please visit our website to discover how you can cure high blood pressure naturally in a couple days with a step-by-step natural . All our reports are 100% guaranteed, medical doctor approved and research-based. Our 80% success rate should assure you that you will not be disappointed.

Mental Toughness And Resilience – High Frustration Tolerance

Last Updated on Tuesday, 18 October 2011 01:21 Written by Natural Health Team Tuesday, 18 October 2011 01:21

Information And

We all experience frustration when our needs, wants and demands are not met, or when we are faced with obstacles that impede our progress. Frustration is a fact of life; therefore our ability to tolerate frustration is crucial to the successful achievement of our long-term goals.

When we are easily frustrated and upset, we are said to have, Low Frustration Tolerance (LFT). If, on the other hand, we are less disturbed or upset by short-term frustrations, and persevere through difficulties, we are said to have High Frustration Tolerance (HFT). Developing High Frustration Tolerance is vital to good mental health and a key element of Mental Toughness.

We all know that in our everyday lives, we will face obstacles, difficulties and hassles. People will let us down, trains won’t run, cars won’t start, we will have to queue and wait to be served, items will be out of stock and call centres will be busy. Amazingly enough, we habitually demand that these things do not happen, and that life should always be… the way we want it… easy, fast and without any hassle. So we may often complain, bleat, moan and rage. We may cry and whine that we are being “stressedout” or scream that weThe psychologist, Albert Ellis, called this

Having Mental Toughness means, that we must accept responsibility for our thoughts, emotions and behaviour. If we have Low Frustration Tolerance (LFT) it is within our power and within our control to change the beliefs that cause us to feel frustrated.

I must not be frustrated
I cannot stand to be inconvenienced.
My life should be easy
Things should always work properly
It’s awful when things don’t go my way
I must be comfortable at all times

I must not be deprived of what I want
I can’t stand to do things that are boring or unpleasant
I cannot stand to endure poor service, stupidity and lack of attention

Here’s an example. Many people get frustrated when queuing and waiting at supermarket checkouts but with some people their frustration gets way out of proportion. Some people get so angry at not being served quickly, that after a few minutes of huffing, puffing and tutting, they finally throw a tantrum, dump their groceries on the floor and run out swearing at everyone… It’s hardly grown up behaviour is it? Also, they will still need to get their food at some point, so it’s not pragmatic and goal directed behaviour either… Not big, not clever.

I cannot stand to queue and wait
I’ll be here forever; I CAN’T STAND IT!
I cannot stand waiting for slow and idiotic people
This is really boring and dreadful
I’ll go mad if they don’t move faster
If I don’t get out of here my head will explode
I must be served right away, NOW!

It’s terrible to have to stand and wait in the 21st century
Why can’t they organise things effectively
It’s awful to waste my time like this
People should focus on what they’re doing and move faster
There should be more tills open for my convenience
My time must always be spent efficiently
There should be a separate queue for idiots

Does any of this seem familiar? (my contact details are below). An effective way to combat Low Frustration Tolerance is to dispute the thoughts and beliefs that underpin it. Again, the focus is on preferring not demanding. Here are some coping statements for supermarket queuing or waiting in traffic.

Get a grip; it’s not life or death
It’s inconvenient but I can cope with it
Of course I can stand it, it’s really not that bad
Sometimes things don’t go my way. TOUGH!
There is no law of the universe that says things must be the way I want them
I don’t like it but I can handle it
I would prefer not to queue but it’s not a disaster if I have to
It’s a hassle but I can live with it
Dry your eyes and stop crying
Get real; I won’t be here forever
Stop whining and whinging

As well as disputing our thoughts and beliefs, we can also use behavioural disputing. Behavioural disputing is a great way to test whether we really “ not stand it”, or whether we would really go mad and our heads explode. To do this we choose the longest and slowest checkout queue and when we got near to the front leave the queue and go to the back again. Similarly when in traffic queues rather than weave in and out to the “faster lanes” we stay in the slowest lane and gain tolerance and control over frustration.

Small children are used to having their needs and demands met; they are inexperienced and when faced with frustrations, they cry, scream and throw tantrums. As we get older and become adults, we learn that frustration is a normal, everyday part of life.

Therefore, we need to develop High Frustration Tolerance, persist through difficulties and have Mental Toughness.

Kind Regards

The Good Thing About High Blood Pressure-you Can Naturally Treat Hypertension

Last Updated on Monday, 17 October 2011 01:10 Written by Natural Health Team Monday, 17 October 2011 01:10

Information The Good Thing About -you Can

My life is about health, actually natural health! That is what I do and have done for almost 7 years straight but I have been an advocate of natural health since I was young. And my company’s natural health doctor, our researchers, and myself have studied high blood pressure (also called hypertension) for almost seven years and we’ve discovered one good thing about it- you can naturally treat hypertension with no medication.

However, millions of people spend billions of dollars seeing doctors, paying for visits, getting check-ups and buying expensive medication, but never realize that God created the miraculous human body to run near perfect and itself naturally. And the travesty is not only the financial aspect of the ‘silent killer’, but by lowering your high blood pressure with synthetic medication you be hurting your body by not curing the cause.

The ‘Silent Killer’

If you don’t know already, high blood pressure got its nickname, the silent killer, because it does exactly that… it will kill you with NO WARNING. In fact, over 50,000 people died last year because of this disease. I recently read one article which called it a ‘widow maker’. And I couldn’t agree more; we all know someone who has lost a loved one because of this deadly disease.

But in the process of slowly killing you, it could cause well over one hundred health problems including obesity, stroke, cardiovascular disease, depression, Alzheimer’s disease, kidney stones, diabetes and numerous other diseases. But I can guarantee your doctor did not tell you that the miracle pill will not treat any of these diseases. In fact, the path of HBP medication will lead you back to the hospital for another visit, another disease to treat and anther pay check cashed by the medical industry. A little fishy, right?

If you do the math (and thousands are already sold), you could save literally multiple thousands of dollars and add decades to your life by naturally treating high blood pressure.

The Good Thing about High Blood Pressure

By now you know there is nothing good about high blood pressure. Whatever career; whatever race; whatever weight; whatever stage- you can treat high blood pressure naturally.

One of the best things about health is it seems that I learn something new everyday. In fact, I spend part of my week researching the latest rave in natural health and it always amazes me to hear about the human body. In fact, my personal faith is seriously strengthened each week learning something new about our bodies. And you would be amazed at some of the e-mails I have received from customers who have dropped drastic points (even stages) in weeks from simple natural health tips that work. Funny their doctors forgot to mention these tips?

Here is word from our company’s personal health doctor, Dr. Scott Saunders.

“As a medical doctor with over ten years of research in the field of nutritional and alternative medicine, I’ve seen a great deal of misinformation. As I’ve read through the reports by Barton Publishing, I’ve been impressed by how well-researched and comprehensive these reports are. There is no hype or pushing a specific type of therapy, just well-researched alternative treatments and some anecdotes. People are different so there are a variety of ways to heal illnesses. These reports take this into account, giving you many options and providing the information you need to heal yourself and be independent of drugs and “experts.”

Naturally Treat Hypertension

Treating your high blood pressure naturally is different from the traditional method of popping a pill and PRESTO! Many of our customers will try all of the treatments and drop points in weeks or months. Yet, many of our customers might try one to two different treatments and will drop points. Whatever the case, we recommend the following treatments.

1. Your body! Your body must be treated as one of your most important assets. I like the famous health cliché ‘You pay for it now; or you pay for it later’. I would rather take care of your body now so you can live a long happy and healthy live. Our report gives you numerous tips about getting your body in tip-top shape (whatever your age or health condition).

2. Your diet! Quite possibly the most important factor. ‘You are what you eat’ does have some truth. Do you know what foods can literally drop points in days? Do you know what foods can literally add points in days? I get numerous e-mails from our customers who were packing points and never realized it.

3. What you drink! How many different types of liquids do you put in your mouth a day? Some are great and some are horrible. What are you sipping on during the day?

4. Minerals! Most people are depleted of essential minerals! And three specific ones are proven to help lower the risk of this deadly disease.

5. Vitamins! There are numerous vitamins but you only need a few to supplement to your diet. Discover what vitamins are a must if you have stage one, two or three.

High Blood Pressure Herbal Treatment – 5 Secrets That Could Normalize Hypertension Naturally

Last Updated on Friday, 14 October 2011 01:10 Written by Natural Health Team Friday, 14 October 2011 01:10

Information Herbal – 5 That Could Normalize

One of the fastest growing treatments for hypertension is high blood pressure herbal treatments. The recent jump in this natural treatment is possibly from the rise of high blood pressure cases or because people are fed up with the side associated with the costly prescriptions.

Whatever the reason, you might want to write down these 5 secrets that could save you and your loved ones from the silent killer disease and the thousands of dollars you will pay over the next few years.

Why High Blood Pressure Medications are NOT the Answer

Recent figures from the American Heart Association (AHA), stated that about 65 million Americans over the age of 20 have high blood pressure. Which means that one and three adults suffer from the disease. More unfortunately, only about 63 percent of those with high blood pressure are aware they have it.

And those who are aware are usually medicated with synthetic drugs to normalize their pressure. And most of these people will be advised to stay on these harmful prescriptions for the rest of their side-effect ridden lives.

However, just recently a government agency has decided to lower the threshold for normalized blood pressure. With the new figures, millions of people who thought they were normalized are now ‘pre-hypertension’. And how can they do this?

High blood pressure is called the ‘silent killer’ because it literally has no warning signs or symptoms. Unfortunately, the first sign of the disease is a heart attack. Therefore, instead of treating the numbers; you should consider naturally lowering your blood pressure naturally with simple alternative remedies.

Here are some researched and proven solutions for an alternative treatment.

5 Alternative Treatments for Hypertension

1. Selenium - Selenium, zinc and copper are helpful nutrients. Studies have shown the people with heart disease are often deficient of these nutrients. You can either supplement (a good multi-vitamin) or find these nutrients in your diet. Selenium comes from meat, dark greens, wheat, walnuts and Brazil nuts. Zinc is found in meat, dairy, and beans. Copper is found in seafood, nuts, legumes, and leafy dark greens.

2. Beta Glucan - Beta Glucan is beneficial for lowering cholesterol, which can lower blood pressure if you have high cholesterol. It is found in oat bran and maitake mushrooms. It is particularly helpful for moving waste materials out of the body. We suggest 200 milligrams of oat bran, or about one teaspoon, daily to lower cholesterol and normalize pressure.

3. L-Argine - L-Argine has been in the news recently because a study found that taking 2 grams of L-argine daily reduced systolic pressure 20 points after taking the supplement for just 2 days. It is an amino acid that helps the body produce nitric acid which lowers blood pressure and cholesterol.

4. Fish Oil - Fish oil which is known as Omega 3 fatty acid is very helpful for sufferers. Fish oil protects the heart and lowers blood pressure. You might also want to try flaxseed oil if you are a vegetarian. A recent study has shown that consuming just a tablespoon of flaxseed oil daily lowered both blood pressure numbers by 9 points.

5. Apple Cider Vinegar - Apple cider vinegar has been popularized by many elderly who swear upon it. The reason why apple cider vinegar is effective for lowering your score is because it is high in so many vitamins and nutrients that are helpful for lowering high blood pressure. It includes vitamins C, A, E, B1, B2, and B6, in addition to potassium, magnesium, and copper. We recommend mixing 2 tablespoons with a glass of water. Add some honey for better taste.

And this is just a tip of our pyramid of research!

Choosing Natural Health Can Save Your Life

These 5 secrets are very rarely recommended by the medical industry because it is so reliant upon synthetic medications. However, many of our customers have weaned themselves off the prescriptions and the agonizing side effects.

If you would like to discover the simplest and most effective way to cure high blood pressure naturally, please visit our Normalize Hypertension website.
