Health Information about Is Your Mental Cooking Recipe Healthy?
Lets do some talking about how you cook your healthy mental life together which I hope will move some dark clouds away and make you understand how much we are affected by our thoughts.
When we do cooking we usually follow a recipe that we know is good and works. We follow it step by step to make sure that all the right ingredients are added. Sometime you have a secret ingredient that make your cake very special.
If you bake chocolate cookies you would not suddenly through in garlic and tomato sauce as you know that it would completely destroy the cookie.
What about your mental cooking or your mental health? Are you following a recipe that 100% works or are you mixing lots of unwanted things into your mental world to make your life less than tasteful?
We all have had these blissful moments in our lives where everything came together perfectly. Maybe it was a graduation or a job of your dreams that you just got. Maybe you got a child or reunited with a lost friend. Whatever it was, it was pure bliss and you know what it feels like. This is the WOW.
Go back and feel one of these moments again…
Taste it, smell it, hear it, touch it…
Now move into the future.
Take this blissful feeling and picture your future dream life full of health and vitality. Picture the nature around you, your dream house, your happy partner and kids all in harmony and in perfect health.
Again, taste it, smell it, hear it, touch it… WOW
This is called visualization and is one of the most important ingredients in your mental cooking. If you can’t see the outcome you can never reach it.
This is what every sport professional is doing before an important race or game. They just see themselves winning and they feel the feeling of great happiness and success as if it already happened.
Another way to say it is, a man becomes what he is thinking about all day long.
Also your mental cooking can easily be destroyed by adding the wrong ingredient. What is the wrong ingredient? Your Fear…
Your fears are very real and you feel it in every cell of your body and it can make you paralyzed. Also the fear, you can taste, smell, hear and touch.
Are your dreams stronger than the fears? If not your fears will win and with that goes your future and your health.
Most dreams are just fantasies, nice pictures or possible good outcomes. This is not the feeling of WOW. You must have this deep feeling of bliss rooted inside of yourself and keep the pictures in your mind all day long consistently. Focus, focus and focus.
Your dreams must be stronger than your fears.
This is how sport champions win their games, business professionals build their companies and how you build your perfect health.

Fat consumption to 30% of the total energy in a day is needed to absorb important vitamins such as A, D, E, and K.
Parents should not be afraid to give fat intake in children as long as the recommended portion. This is because children are individuals who are still growing physically and emotionally so that required different types of food composition.

As the process of learning, healthy eating habits provide many benefits to children, including self-confidence. Since childhood, children begin to learn to hold his own spoon, scoop the food, and sat in his chair (each time to be fed). Provide opportunities to the preschoolers to determine or choose the desired own food. At school age, cooking activities will also enhance self-esteem of children. Children become more proud when they can make their own healthy food. Also parents should also be more creative in serving healthy food for children.
What used to eat children today, will determine future health. Because of that, make it a habit to create healthy eating habits and give children a nutritious meal.
