Believe it that God is behind you to help you out in anything you want to do but it must not be negative. Throw away your feelings of jealousy against anyone, extend your hands to God, pray with sincerity and ask His help. You will get your help.
Judge your own potentials. Jealously erupts in most cases when we are not able to analyze ourselves. We do not realize our weaknesses and we do not see what we are lacking. A simple method to analyze ourselves is to analyze the one we are jealous of. See what they are doing. What skills and qualifications they have, what they can do that you cannot do, how they communicate with others, what is their rapport and dealing with others. Be cool and think about others. You will find many points which you are lacking. Inculcate positive ideas, train yourself for what you are lacking and you will find the change.
Be happy with the happiness of others. It is not easy to be happy when the others are celebrating their success. Jealousy erupts from this point. From the depth of your heart, with whole-hearted sincerity, go to them, congratulate them for their success and you have the option open to pray to God: “O God, make me successful too”. This happiness will fill in positive energy in you and you will be ready to work hard.

Praise your husband, his smartness, his being active and helpful in family matters. Men should also avoid anything which makes a wife jealous.
Train your children not to be jealous. Children are jealous of the siblings, particularly of their own age. The most important reason of being jealous of their own brother or sister at home is the preference given by the parent/s to the other child or children. Parents may prefer the other child because he or she is more beautiful, getting better grades in school or in some cases; he is a boy or a girl (mostly seen in Asian societies where a boy is preferred over a girl). Whatever the reason is, any preference to the other child must be avoided. In hundred percent cases, a child is faultless. If I like boys and a girl is born, what is her fault? Treat them equally. If your child is white, black or yellow or he belongs to any social class, tell your child that we have no control over such things. No one is superior or inferior because they were born in a particular situation in which they have no control. It is God, who is controlling all these matters. Superiority or inferiority complex leads to further social complications in later years.
Lovers! The worst jealousy of all, I think. Be cool. Just be cool. It is out of your control. Shall I kill my boy friend/ girl friend? Why is he taking interest in her? Why she neglects me? It is a part of life, dear. It happens. Why are you killing yourself? If you can change him/her, well, if you can’t, be patient, and divert your energy to something positive. Keep yourself busy in your studies or some community service and forget your past. It is not going to help you.
They are my personal feelings and some suggestions. You have a right to disagree with me but very sincerely, I believe that all negative feelings and thoughts only put us in further trouble. They are injurious to our physical or mental health and we get nothing positive out of them rather, unconsciously, we become a trouble for the society and get more jealous of people.
