Office Sick Syndrome, What’s That ?

After a day of work in the office from morning to evening, you may feel tired and unwell. Maybe you think because you had work too much but it was wrong. 1. Let your desk lit by a bright light
Keep your desk near the window, because the light from the sun is very good for the health and can work comfort. If not, try your desk close to the incandescent lamp so that everything can be seen by your eyes.
2. Open up your window room
Good ventilation will affect the health of the office as well as yourself. If your room has a window, you should leave the window open so the room air is not humid and stuffy.
3. Turn off all types of office equipment when not in use
Laptops, PCs, copiers and fax machines are electronic devices that emit electromagnetic waves that can be an adverse impact on some diseases such as hypertension, anxiety and not feeling well. So, turn off these equipments when not in use.
4. Place a plants near your computer or your desk
A study conducted by NASA researchers revealed that some indoor plants such as Bamboo Palm (Chamaedorea Seifritzii), Golden Pothos (Epipremnum aureum) and Spider plants (Chlorophytum comosum) can absorb the gases and harmful pollutants such as formaldehyde, benzene and trikloroetilen of air around the room. 5. Minimize the use of air conditioning and heating
Try to make room AC not too big so you not get cold. When the air is too cold it can make your skin dry and cracked. Better to wear thick clothes or use fans to reduce wrinkles on your face.
6. Try to smoke in smoking room or outside of your office room
Make sure your office room protected from cigarette smoke, because the toxins in cigarettes can descend the body and the equipments in your room. Extractor fan in the smoking room also should be checked and serviced regularly. Do not forget to clean the ashtray as well from cigarette waste.
7. Avoid materials that are poisonous in the room
If you want to decorate the room by placing a painting or furniture, make sure that does not contain chemicals that are poisonous. The use of cloth or woven, carpets and furniture that does not contain the chemical elements would be better. Say also to office boy in your office to not use cleaning materials that are poisonous.
8. Just look around the room
If your job requires you to see computers every day, do not forget to make time every 20 minutes and look around you for a few seconds. This can make the nervous tissues of your eyes relaxed and not tense.
Working does make the body and the mind becomes tired and depleted. But do not let your work environment also adding more fatigue and even cause your health at risk.
