Many people choose to exercise in the afternoon and night because they want to avoid the heat or only have time at the moment. But according to research it is best to exercise during the morning. Want to know why?
Many people do not realize that exercise in the morning is very useful for overall fitness and weight-loss process. Despite only running or walking exercise for 10 minutes every day, still can provide great benefits for the body.
