As an alternative, a mixture of 10 ml of a fluid extract of the bark, and 120 ml of water may be given in doses of one teaspoon every hour or two.
Agnus castus fruit, also known as chaste tree berry (Vitex) has many medicinal properties, helps alleviate symptoms of pre menstrual syndrome.
