Someone said to have coffee addictive if consumed more than 600 mg caffeine, equivalent to 5-6 cups of coffee per day. The most dangerous dose is 10 grams of caffeine, equivalent to 20-50 cups of coffee per day. If you want to get the benefits of drinking coffee, do not consume excessive. Since no benefit was obtained but only the bad effects you will got.

It is no less important is not to enjoy a coffee while smoking, because the ill effects of nicotine would eliminate the benefits of the coffee itself.
