The reason for the attacking of these diseases is that the resistance of the people has reduced a lot. They are due to the lack of nutrition in the diet or the food that they consume. If the food was very nutritious then the people would have been very much hale and healthy and would not have been affected by these type of diseases that seem to be unnecessary and are not affect directly too. Yes, many people get indirectly affected due to the reasons of smoking. The reason for this is that the people inhale the smoke that is let out by the smokers and this gas causes a lot of disadvantages and troubles to the people.
Let us now know and have a look at the symptoms that would persist in the individual who tries to avoid smoking. These symptoms are known as the withdrawal symptoms in the humans. Some of these symptoms are, during the early stages of avoiding smoking one faces hell a lot of anger and there could be a lot of variations in the mood of the people and it causes dizziness. Continuation of not smoking at first is the most difficult task. But in later stages this leads to happiness. Also other withdrawal symptoms of not smoking are there may be a loss in appetite of the individual who has stopped smoking. It creates a sort of mild head ache. It may even lead to rise in blood pressure and develops a sort of restlessness in the individual. Also the individual may feel too depressed and may not even get sleep during the night times. It creates a sort of uneasy in the individual by not allowing them to sleep peacefully during the night times. It may also lead to nervous weakness in the individual. All these are temporary symptoms and they disappear once the person has totally got rid of the habit of smoking. At the early stages they seem to be difficult but at the later stages one can feel the pleasure of enjoying a smokeless harmless healthy life. Thus it is better to not smoke than to get addicted to it and then suffer to try stopping the habit. Hence try leading a happy and a healthy life.
