Depressed people eat more chocolate

Someone may worry if a sudden a lot of eating chocolate. Not just about fear of fat, but because it is likely that person is experiencing depression.
AOL launched from research carried out by experts from the University of California proves that people who are depressed tend to eat more chocolate. The study was published in the Archives of Internal Medicine.
Researchers studied 931 male and female participants who were not taking antidepressants. Participants who test showed high levels of depression, eating chocolate as much as 8.4 presentation of each month. While that does not get depressed just eat chocolate as much as 5.4 serving per month.
The highest levels of depression experienced by participants who ate chocolate every presentation of 11.8 months. This result is surprising, because some previous studies of chocolate as a food that can boost your mood.
A psychiatric expert from the University of California, Christos Ballas gives cool response to the findings. According to him, many factors why the depressed participants chose to eat chocolate.
