According to the “how to meditate” video you should meditate for example if you are 20 years old you should meditate for at least 20 minutes, 1 minute for each year.

It was worth watching…at first, I thought It was only about looking the the elephant’s face…later I could realise there was something more, something special!! Amazing!! Congrats on this wonderful meditation!!
