Not Consume Breakfast

Those who do not consume breakfast have low level blood sugar which had effect nutrients supply to the brain more less.

Eating Too Much

Too much  eat, specially eating something which have high fat content, can result in hardening of the brain blood vessels due to the accumulation of fat in the blood vessel walls. As a result the brain’s ability are decreased.

Smoking

Substances found in cigarettes which are inhaled will cause brain shrinkage quickly, and can lead to Alzheimer disease.

Consuming too much sugar

Consumption of sugar too much will cause disruption of protein and nutrients absorption which can resulting in an imbalance and can interfere with brain work.

Air Pollution

The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in the human body. Inhaling polluted air reducing oxygen supply to the brain so it can decrease the efficiency of the brain.

Less Sleep

The brain needs sleep as a time to rest and ability recover. Lack of sleep in the long term will
accelerate the damage to the brain cells.

Covering the head during sleep

The habit of sleeping with closed head increase the concentration of carbon dioxide and reduce substance concentration of oxygen that can give damage for the brain.

Using mind when ill

Working too hard or forced to use the brain when we’re sick can lead to reduced effectiveness of the brain and can damage the brain too.

Less stimulate the mind

Thinking is the best way to train our brain. Lack of stimulation in the brain can cause our brain shrink.

Rarely communicates

Communication is needed as one thing to encouraging the ability of the brain work. Intellectual communication could trigger brain efficiency. Rarely intellectual communication will lead to less well-trained brain.
