All of us have experienced the symptoms of stress. Whether it’s a nervous stomach, trembling hands, difficulty sleeping, nervous twitches, overeating or repeatedly calling Aunt Edna for advice, at some point our stress may cause some unpleasant reactions
Likewise, exercising such as can produce a temporary stress on some body functions, but its health benefits are indisputable. It is only when stress is overwhelming, or poorly managed, that its negative effects appear.
Here are some nice recommendations to help you reduce and cope with stress. Some may help right away, while others may take a bit of time. It’s important to give these techniques a tincture of time, determination and persistence, while knowing your choices include accepting or changing the situation, as well as your responses to it.

We all have many commitments in our life, starting with work but also including commitments related to kids, our spouses, things to do at home, other family, civic, side work, religious, hobbies, online activities and more.
Avoid difficult people. You know who they are. If you take a minute to think about it, you can identify all the people in your life — bosses, coworkers, customers, friends, family, etc. — who make your life more difficult. Now, you could confront them and do battle with them, but that will most certainly be difficult. Just cut them out of your life
Manage your time. Organize household tasks efficiently, such as running errands in batches or doing a load of laundry every day, rather than saving it all for your day off. Limit time-consuming misunderstandings by communicating clearly and listening carefully. Take notes if necessary.
Exercise – exercise has been proven to have a beneficial effect on a person’s mental and physical state. For example: For many people program is an extremely effective stress buster.
Learn to say no. Whether it’s a co-worker asking you to spearhead an extra project or your child’s teacher asking you to manage the class play, remember that it’s OK to respectfully say no. When you quit doing the things you do only out of guilt or a false sense of obligation, you’ll make more room in your life for the activities that are meaningful to you and bring you joy.
Reducing debt. “Debt is one of our biggest stresses that never seems to end,” says Bocherer. By creating a strict, yet manageable budget, and focusing on paying off their debt, the Bocherers say they are creating a feeling of accomplishment.
Talk – talk to you family, friends, work colleagues and your boss. Express your thoughts and worries.
Controlling. We are not the Master of this Universe. Trying to control situations and people cannot work, and only serves to increase our anxiety when it doesn’t work. Learn to let go, and accept the way that other people do things, and accept what happens in different situations. Also learn to separate yourself from tasks and to delegate them. Learning to let go of our need to control others and the situations around us is a major step towards eliminating stress.
Stressors grouped together increase the level of stress and have a cumulative effect on the health and well being of the individual. Each stressor is additive and the more stressors in your life the higher is the level of stress. Learn to manage stress level to prevent anxiety, depression and other conditions.
