Every person must have never felt nervous. There are some bad habits by people to cover her nervous. This custom seems difficult to stop, but actually can be stopped if there is intention.
We’re nervous or anxious, the system in the brain will tell the brain that is hypothalamus to release the hormone corticotrophin releasing factor (CRF), then these hormones can trigger the release of another hormone that is adrenocortocotrophin (ACTH).
This hormone can enter the bloodstream into the kidneys to stimulate glands to release adrenaline hormone cortisol.
At that usually people will feel the cold sweat, trembling even to want to pee. If cortisol affects the rest of the brain that become memory center (hippocampus), then, could be as nervous, someone to be forgotten with everything that was in his brain.
“Any bad habits is something that is highly valued by that person, because it can make people relaxed, a little more relaxed or calm. Because if the habit is not appreciated, it is not likely he will continue to do so,” says psychologist Carol Goldberg of New York City, as quoted from the LiveScience.
